While police gathered to remember disgraced officer Michael Smith Phillips at the Green Run Shopping Center, the same spot where he was gunned down, Virginia Beach blacks angry over the police’s failure to protect their communities from drugs and the illegal arrest of Vincent Carter and Demetrius Moyd reportedly smeared the shopping center, cars owned by whites and other key buildings and monuments with protest feces to dishonor Phillips, the Virginia Beach police department and the city.
“We have asked brothers to go through the proper channels regarding the city’s conspiracy against us and advised brothers and white sympathizers that penitentiary protest tactics of SMEARING FECES & DEFACING PIGS’ PROPERTY ARE not ACCEPTABLE,” Virginia Beach Black Foot Soldier Anthony “Norfolk” Crawford said after learning of the recent round of FECES BOMBINGS that occurred throughout the city and since Phillips’ death.
