As for burning “white” people alot, and “black” people a little…sunlight only does that because people have migrated from the original environments that they evolved from…Northern people came from cloudy, mountainous environments with little direct sunlight(some Scandanavian countries don’t have direct sunlight for 6mths out of the year), and they are adapted to that natural environment. Southern Europeans do not burn nearly as bad as their northern neighbors and are still considered “white.” Native Alaskan Americans such as the Inuit peoples have a disasterous proportion of melanoma and they are not “white”. Why? Because the have adapted to conditions with little or no sunlight for thousands of years and it is difficult for the to exist in other environments. “Black” people, however rare the case, still develop skin cancers, and it is more deadly to them because not only does that rarity make it unexpected, but it is harder to spot the little black cancerous moles that cause it on people of darker skins.
This is not western science at all…it is the medical statistics garnered from hundreds of hospitals, by doctors of all different ethnic backgrounds. If Western Medical Science is so corrupted, how most of the top positions in that community are held by people of Asian, Arab, Hispanic or Indian descent(with both Caucasians and Africans trailing all those groups)? It has been a long time since I personally had a doctor who had an “American” name, and I actually like it that way because most of the time it proves that my doctor really earned his knowledge, instead of being some drunken “frat” boy, partying his way through college, on his daddy’s money.

With the exception of Chanon Christian and Christopher Newsom, who it is believed were buy drugs and sex from the young brothers they were involved with, no other so-called rapings are cited.
Outside of what you’ve seen in the movies, it’s obvious, you don’t know anything about black prison culture. Prison is not a punishment to us (blacks). It is a graduation where we can mature. We become refined. Brothers who come out of prison (most of the time and outside of selling drugs) won’t indulge in black on black crime anymore – if they participate in any type of crime at all.

Default How does the statute of Limitations work?
I just found out that I have been charged with Larceny/Grand Theft in the Third Degree over a year after a dispute over some property after I moved out on an ex roommate of mine. A warrant was issued for my arrest about seven months after the fact and I moved from Florida thinking that the charges has been dropped about 11 months after the fact. I only found out that the warrant had been issued when I went to go get my Alabama Drivers License. I was arrested and thrown in to jail for three days up here in Alabama awaiting extradition but Florida eventually called back and stated that they weren’t going to come get me. My questions are how does the statute of limitations work in Florida as it has already been over a year if I stay another 3-4 years up here in Alabama finishing my schooling and stay out of any trouble will the warrant and the case be dropped in Florida? Or does the statute of limitations only tell them when they have to start prosecution and now that they have a warrant up they can hold the case for an indefinate period of time?
Also, from your writings, you don’t have enough Cherokee in you for it to count. So, you are white.

You are really stretching…so happens Khroum is the root name for a very old Frisian family(Dutch, Northern Germanic, and Danish). There are almost 3 thousand of us with that surname alone here in the United States(mostly in Iowa, Minnesota, Washington, and California), not to mention those Holland, North Germany, Denmark and even Australia. I have run across at least 3 others(across dozens of sites) who use the same moniker. I am very of my Cherokee, Dutch and Norse heritage also, so I use valodhinn and loki were I can’t sign up with my family root name. This is another reason why I don’t think that you are “black”, but some white supremacist piece of trash, because it is common practice for them to clump “white” people together in one “race”, were we come from a very large variety of ethnic backgrounds.
As it happens I have in the past read alot of true life stories of prisoners through the ages, written by a lot a people of a wide variety of ethnic backgrounds, as I was interested in and am still seeking a Juris Doctorate in Criminal Defense and Civil Rights Law. I don’t deal with movies other then documentaries alot, and I don’t watch T.V. news. Other than that I am a pretty straightforward West Coast guy…

Here’s some statistics that I thought were interesting addendum to your notion of the underprivileged
There are over 40 Million people living below the poverty line as of 2007 Statistics…
…Percentage wise the most poverty stricken group in the United States is people of Native American background…as out of approx 5 million members almost 3.5 million or 75% live below the threshold of poverty…second is African Americans at 8 million out of 33 million or approximately 24%…third is Hispanics at approximately 4.5 million out of 22 million…and fourth is Caucasians at approximately 24.6 Million out of
227 million or around 11 percent…The one bright spot in the Feds numbers is that after first generation immigrants, there are no significant poverty rates for those of Asian descent…
Notice that Fed statistics clumps, Danes, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Greeks, Russians, Italians, Germans, Irish, Scottish, English etc…etc as one group….even though there are all distinctly different if they are less then 3 generations from immigrant status….
People of European descent don’t appreciate being clumped together anymore then you do…Considering there where millions of immigrants that came over after the Civil War and after even the Civil Rights era…

There is no such thing as a totally credible news source seeing as all news reporters bring thier own personal bias into the experience…thats what it means to be human…yet the more diverse the news sources, the more likely the story will be reported from all angles, all sides of the story…
While CNN is not totally credible all the times…it ranks higher then all the other news networks like MSNBC and most certainly Fox New Network….
